Mercedes-Benz South West may be best known for its passenger car sales and servicing but over the years we have seen our LCV offering evolve and we continue to expand and grow in this area.

Our LCV centres have been instrumental in keeping local businesses running as smoothly as possible, especially during the pandemic when we’ve been needed most. In 2020 alone we serviced an additional 173 vehicles when compared to 2019. Some of the many key businesses that we have supported with service contracts include
South Western Ambulance Service,
Asda stores Ltd,
Tesco PLC and J
Sainsbury PLC, who have all been essential during the coronavirus outbreak. Our
service contracts have so many benefits including a discount on
parts and labour, the support of the
24 hr MobiloVan and the constant reassurance that help is never far away with our sites dotted far and wide.

Daniel Lovell, an LCV Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Taunton Van Centre states a break down call out during lockdown as one of his stand out days since joining. “I did an incredible job of getting a starter motor done on a vehicle and when I finished and I was leaving this industrial area all the people outside were clapping me!” A satisfying job well done for Daniel.
Our Aftersales Director Lee Nash has said “With the continued growth of our Van After Sales business, and expansion of our existing workshop facilities, plus our ongoing commitment to manufacturer training programmes, this presents a great opportunity for the right candidates’ to join our LCV After Sales Teams.”
We are currently hiring for new LCV Technicians to join our Van Centre teams across our sites. Learn more about the role
