The New Normal – What to Expect When You Visit Our Dealerships
Here’s a list of what to expect, and some do’s and don’ts for your visit:
Do be prepared for things to be done slightly differently. We may ask you to leave your keys in a safety bag, or to move through our dealerships in a different way. We are doing this for your safety. Do wear a face covering from Friday 24th July. Masks will be available from reception if you have not brought your own. Do respect social distancing by keeping 2m apart from other customers and staff at all times. Do try to limit the number of people that you bring along. We are advising that no more than two people per household visit our dealership at a time. This is for the safety of our customers and staff, and following best practice guidance for retail spaces Do follow the one way systems that we have implemented in our dealerships. There are directional signs to guide you. Do go through doors individually. Do wash your hands as regularly as possible, we have customer toilets available at all of our sites so that you can do so.
